On My Wishlist is a weekly meme thought of by Book Chick City. It allows us to share the books we haven’t bought yet but are waiting to be bought and devoured. I know my wishlist is huge and I use it more to track what I want to buy next than to ask for gifts from the hubby, but this gives us a chance to share authors/series we are looking forward to! I keep hearing about how awesome this series is but I admit the slightly futuristic/sci fi-ness of it has made me hesitant!

This has been on my “to read” list forever. I really need to get some downtime and get to it, but there have been so many exciting releases lately it seems!

I generally try to stick to books that have been released for this meme, but I can’t resist adding the upcoming installment to the Harry Dresden series. I can’t wait to find out what happens next with the sexy wizard! The summary … talk about holy suspense batman! I read it and was like “wahhhh???”

I don’t remember where I heard or saw this book, but I put it on my wishlist at one point or another! I think I saw the cover to the second book and was intrigued!

This came out back in September and received excellent reviews! I am just giving myself time before I buy it. If it is as good as the reviews say, it won’t be as long as a wait for book 2 if I procrastinate reading it!

I love this series. The only reason it is on my wishlist instead of on my kindle is because last I checked the Kindle version was more than the paperback version. I think that is fixed now tho…
