Friday Foto: Why every book lover needs Liberator pillows….

Today…. I am going against my better judgment (ha!) and going to share entirely too much information and be completely inappropriate. I mean, I do it on twitter…. why not here? My real friends who read my blog (hey girls!) are going to totally regret this post I am sure. With all that said…. for today’s Friday Foto, welcome to my bed…

Like you thought it would be any color other than purple? And I never claimed to be Martha Stewart so stop staring at my ugly green curtains… I haven’t found replacements I love yet. Anyway, so why am I showing you this? First…. I got new sheets today, 600 count cotton sateen from from Overstock.com that are absolutely divine. If you do not have high thread count sateen sheets you are out of your mind. Get your butt over there and buy some…. they are incredibly inexpensive and too soft for words.

Second…. I also got a shipment of em…. pillows. Ha. More specifically they are *cough*smexy*cough* pillows from Liberator.com. Be warned tho…. the site is totally not work safe and absolutely racy. I know…. shocking that I am posting pics of them! But really now… we all read romance books we all love the smexy times….. we all deserve to have good smexing ourselves and sometimes that means fun accessories. Now, I may be inappropriate, but I do have SOME boundaries so I will refrain on going into further details about the pillows with the exception of why I think every book lover or book blogger should own them.

Forget for a second that they have more “fun” purposes….. ever been reading a book and wish you had a firmer pillow under your head… one that put you at just the right angle and yet didnt tweak your neck? Well now you can. Please welcome Fancy Nancy to model the many the many uses of the Liberator Wedge and Ramp.

Notice how you can lead back comfortably on the Ramp and put your feet up on the Wedge? Who couldn’t spend hours relaxing this way with your favorite book? Ever found yourself looking at tv remotes and and wadded up socks as a way to prop your book up at an angle?

With the Wedge all you need is a soft pillow to rest your chest on and you are good to go for hours of reading fun. Or how about the many times you wished your laptop was a little bit higher so you didn’t have to leave over so much to see the screen and strain your neck?

You can lay on your stomach and use it like this, or sit like our lovely model… you can even sit back on the couch and put the Wedge on your lap. Lastly… do you like to read in a more upright position, maybe with your book on your knees but hate the way you have to curl your back to do it?

As you can clearly see…. these pillows are surely a necessity. I mean we all want healthy posture and stuff right? ;) Their “other” uses can even be used as a bargaining point when discussing them with your loved one who may or may not be in charge of the finances. I’d like to say thanks again to Fancy Nancy for being so accomodating and apologize to Jim Butcher for subjecting his book to my impromptu photoshoot. I would have used the Kindle…. but how much purple can you really have in one photo post?
