I never thought I liked contemporaries but then I remembered that I adore Lora Leighs books, both the Breed series and the Ops series. They are my guilty pleasure.

I’ve heard a lot of people say they didn’t care for Jane. I totally understood her. But then again, I like my h/h flawed. She came through when it counted and she really did love her family. Everyone has issues right? It goes without saying Chase was awesome! And hot! I still dream of skull tats. And yes, Mac was a sweetheart. *sigh*

I did like Chase, on that much we agree. He was pretty drop-dead awesome.
But Jane never grew on me like she did you. I just kept thinking she didn’t deserve a great guy like Chase.

I didn’t heart Jane. I think she was too real for me, or I saw too much of myself in her, LOL. I love Victoria Dahl she is a great writer, but I don’t think contemps are my cup of tea. Mac= le awesomely hot.
